Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your TokTok account at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

• In the app: sign in, open the Me tab, choose “Delete account” at the bottom and enter your password.
• On this page: enter the email address on your account below. We email you a confirmation link that is valid for 60 minutes; open it and confirm to delete the account.

Request a confirmation link

If you can no longer sign in or receive email at that address, email privacy@datafrog.io. We confirm the request with you so that nobody else can delete your account, then delete it within 48 hours of your confirmation.

What is deleted

Your devices, push notification tokens, sign-in sessions and API tokens, proxy credentials and password reset requests are deleted. Your name and password are erased and your email address is replaced with a placeholder such as deleted-123@deleted.invalid, so the address can be used to sign up again.

What is kept

Order, payment and entitlement records are kept, no longer linked to your email or name, for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Active subscriptions

A subscription paid on this site through Stripe is cancelled immediately. A subscription bought through Google Play stops renewing. Access ends when the account is deleted, and the remaining period is not refunded.
